Logging In

To log into your Electric:Electric account, enter the username and password you received via e-mail. The username and password must be entered exactly as you see them - they are case sensitive.

I don't have a username and password

You will only be able to gain access to an Electric:Electric account if you have obtained an e-mail from Electric:Electric with an assigned username and password. If you have an account with Electric:Electric but have not received an e-mail, please contact Electric:Electric for your username and password to be re-issued.

I get the message "The <username> account could not be found"

If you receive the message "The testuser account could not be found. Please ensure the username and password are correct.", ensure the username and password you are inputting are valid and that they are correct. The most frequent cause of this issue is incorrect case.
